Although the Shriners own 22 hospitals, Shrine Temples can choose to support specific hospitals for their specialty and location.
Like most Shrine Temples in Canada, Tunis Shriners are big supporters of the Shriners Hospital for Children Canada located in Montreal, Quebec. Our contribution to the hospital system extends beyond Canada. Tunis Shriners have been known to support the Boston hospital which is considered one of the world’s preeminent hospitals for treating children with various conditions. Some members of Tunis Shriners sit on the Board of Directors for both Hospitals.
